2025 Berthoud Day Artisan & General Vendor Application

    NO toy guns, weapons, colored hair spray or spray foam may be sold.

    Due to the family oriented nature of this event, not all booth requests may be honored. The BACC Board reserves the right of final decision.
  • Please list your top 3-5 primary products/services in order of importance. This will help us prevent excessive duplication among vendors. If you plan to change this list before the event, advance approval is required
  • Are there any specific products or services that you consider unique to your business that you wish to highlight? If so, please describe below. Also please explain your justification to have an exclusive product. (Approval of exclusivity is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on uniqueness and variety to offer to attendees.)
    You must have proof of 501c(3) status
  • Items Sold:
    Important: Vendors should stick to their general list of items as much as possible. If a vendor arrives with products that are exclusive to another vendor, are a significant part of another vendor's sales, or heavily duplicate existing offerings, they may be asked not to sell those items.
  • Vendor Requirements & Agreements:
    Vendors must have a valid Colorado Sales Tax License and be responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax. Vendors must remain at the event for the entire duration and be fully set up at least two hours before the event starts. Vendor spaces will be assigned and communicated closer to the event date via email. No vehicles will be allowed through the event area while the event is taking place. The event is rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and other necessary equipment. All canopies must be properly weighed and staked down for safety.
  • Application Submission & Contact Information:
    Applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be notified of acceptance. If accepted, payment will be due in full upon approval within 72 hours, or you risk your vendor spot going to another vendor. There will be NO REFUNDS. No exceptions.You will be notified of acceptance no later than April 30. Berthoud Chamber has final decision on your fee based on your application.   • INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
    I (we) understand that participation in Berthoud Day activities are accompanied by certain risks. In consideration for being allowed to participate in these activities, I (we) waive and release the Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce, Town of Berthoud, Fire Department, and all other Berthoud Day organizers and persons participating in this event from liability proximately caused by their negligence. I (we) agree to indemnify and defend all organizations and persons from all liability arising from my (our) participation in the activities of Berthoud Day. Workers shall not be held liable for property damage, theft or personal injury to exhibitors, its agents regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. We reserve the right to accept or reject any exhibitor and shall have the right to make rules and regulations for the festival that deems proper and necessary.
